Gabriel Sivak is a Franco-Argentinian composer and pianist born in 1979 and living in Paris. He studied composition and musicology at the Paris Conservatory and at the University of the Sorbonne, studying with Édith Canat de Chizy, Philippe Leroux, Éric Tanguy and Denis Dufour, as well as conducting with Adrian MacDonell.

His compositions have been performed by soloists and ensembles such as David Kadouch, Ophelie gaillard, Toquinho, the Radio France Master Choir, the Soloists of the National Orchestra of Radio France and Besançon, the Air Music Orchestra, Le Jeune chœur de Paris, Ars Nova, Court-Circuit, the Cairn Ensemble…


PL performs on this CD Tayrin, a magnificent duet for violin and cello with violinist Cécile Roubin, member of the Voce Quartet. He also plays in "Surprise de I'attendu", a dreamlike piece for accordion, 10-string guitar, percussion ... and freewheeling bike!
