Pop Art

(2005, Æon)

First musical collaboration between Régis Campo, Kanako Abe (this time as a conductor) and Patrick Langot, Pop-Art takes up the formation of Schoenberg's Pierrot Lunaire and requires precise instrumental execution and flawless technique in service of energizing music, sometimes bordering on the limit of sound effects, emptied of its carnal envelope, without ever falling into the trap of the free effect.
